An authorized staff member clicks Auto-Generate WOs to create drafts for enabled schedules that are overdue or due within 30 days. Staff review and commit the schedule separately.
Inspection review
The Compliance tab shows PM due status, the latest submitted annual inspection, and whether its ATS test sections were recorded. Missing submissions are shown as missing.
12-month due-date view
A monthly chart counts stored next-due dates across the next 12 months. Each schedule contributes its next visit; later repeat visits are not projected.
PM Agreement builder
Build an agreement with customer and contact details, equipment lines, service selections, pricing, labor rates, and notes. Matching equipment can feed the PM schedule list.
Agreement PDFs and signatures
Generate a customer or internal agreement PDF from the saved record. Authorized staff can request a customer signature through the document workflow; email delivery requires configured email service.

Questions before your first job
How do agreement services become a PM schedule?
Agreement schedule sync recognizes monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly services. It uses the shortest selected recurring interval, defaulting to yearly when none is selected, and matches equipment by serial number within the customer. Review the result against the agreement; separate service types do not become separate schedules through this sync.
Do work orders appear automatically when a PM is due?
The Scheduling page provides an Auto-Generate WOs action for an authorized staff member. It prepares draft work orders from enabled schedules that are overdue or due within 30 days. A person still reviews the work and commits the schedule.
How does the PM Agreement builder work?
Choose a customer and contact, add equipment lines, services, pricing, labor rates, and notes, then save. A staff member with Scheduling access can sync matching equipment into schedules and prepare a customer PDF for signature.
Can the compliance summary certify a unit for an AHJ inspection?
No. The equipment page opens a printable per-unit summary with stored equipment details and several test entries marked Not tracked. Review the actual inspection and test reports against the governing requirements. The summary is not a compliance certificate or a guarantee of acceptance.
