Bulk fleet import
Import equipment rows from a CSV file with serial numbers, ratings, and customer and site linkage; validate a representative file before a large migration.
QR-code field workflow
Technicians scan the printed label, the manufacturer serial barcode, or the asset tag. Inside a job, the scanner confirms the code against the equipment assigned to that job before work is recorded.

Questions before your first job
How do I print the QR codes?
Click "Print QR" on the equipment registry to open a browser print view with a QR label for each unit in the current list. A single unit’s code can also be downloaded as a PNG. There is no PDF export or label-stock sizing.
Can techs add equipment from the field?
Not today. New equipment records are created in the office registry or by CSV import. From a job, technicians can fill in missing spec fields on equipment already linked to that work order.
Does it integrate with Cummins, Kohler, or Generac telemetry?
PowerOps includes authenticated webhook receivers and payload parsers for those OEM payloads. Actual connectivity, available fields, credentials, and plan access must be verified for the tenant in a live pilot.
How do I handle decommissioned units?
Set status to "Decommissioned" — the unit no longer appears in the work-order equipment picker, and the registry can filter it out by status. Its service history is preserved.
