With the feature enabled and a valid API key, the scheduled daily job retrieves opportunities under a fixed list of generator-related NAICS codes for review. Per-company NAICS selection is not available yet.

Questions before your first job
Do I need a SAM.gov API key?
Yes. The scheduled SAM.gov integration requires a valid API key and the feature must be enabled for the tenant.
Which NAICS codes does it search?
A fixed list of generator-related manufacturing, repair, electrical-contracting, and engineering NAICS codes. You cannot change the list per company yet. Confirm each notice against the solicitation and official NAICS definitions before pursuing it.
How often does it sync?
The production job is configured to run once per day. Verify the active deployment schedule, SAM.gov API access, and tenant configuration before relying on it.
Can I track non-federal state bids?
Yes. Enter the opportunity title, agency, bid number, due date, and estimated value, then use the same status and notes workflow. Retain the solicitation and submission files in your document system.
