Home Screen web app
Add the supported web app to a phone or tablet Home Screen from a supported browser. No app store download is required or available; a native iOS app has not been released.
Saved device drafts
Inspection, checklist, and service-report drafts save locally after an online session check. Check their saved status before leaving the page. Reconnect to resume, verify the session, and submit; drafts never submit in the background.
Contextual equipment scanner
Open QR/barcode scanning from a job or equipment-selection flow. Scanner is not a permanent destination and a scan cannot bypass job authorization.
Audited signature capture
When a job requires sign-off, the named customer signature is saved online before the server-authoritative completion gate can run.
Verified photo evidence
Camera and photo selection compress images before upload. Only a server-verified object for the exact tenant and job counts as completion evidence.

Questions before your first job
Do I need to download it from the App Store?
No. Add the supported web app to your phone Home Screen from a supported browser. PowerOps is not published in the App Store; a native iOS app has not been released.
Does it work on Android phones?
The installable web app supports current mobile browsers on Android and iOS. Confirm the exact device/browser combination in your rollout test plan.
What if I lose cell signal mid-job?
Drafts require a connection to verify your session when you save or resume. Reconnect before submitting them. Only explicitly eligible note and labor operations sync automatically and appear in Sync Center. Photos, signatures, arrival/pause changes, and final completion require a connection.
Can techs only see their own jobs?
Yes. Role-based access ensures techs see only jobs assigned to them (plus any on their crew).
