Do I need to run any on-premise software?
The implemented integration surface accepts authenticated OEM webhook payloads. PowerOps does not advertise a generic on-premise Modbus or SNMP collector; confirm the actual source and transport during integration planning.
How fast are alarms processed?
Processing time depends on the OEM delivery path, network, platform load, and downstream notification provider. Validate end-to-end latency with a representative live test instead of relying on a guaranteed number.
Does a critical alarm automatically dispatch service?
No. The receiver records telemetry, alarms, and in-app notifications. Staff decide whether a work order is needed and use the normal approval, scheduling, and dispatch workflow.
